A recent report evaluates durability of diabetes remission and metabolic improvements.http://www.nature.com/nrendo/journal/v10/n1/full/nrendo.2013.222.html今年的2nd Diabetes Surgery Summit正式发布专家共识，建议BMI\u0026gt;=40kg/m2及血糖控制不佳的BMI\u0026gt;35kg/m2的患者手术治疗：RESULTSGiven its role in metabolic regulation, the gastrointestinal tract constitutes a meaningful target to manage T2D. Numerous randomized clinical trials, albeit mostly short/midterm, demonstrate that metabolic surgery achieves excellent glycemic control and reduces cardiovascular risk factors. On the basis of such evidence,metabolic surgery should be recommended to treat T2D in patientswith class III obesity (BMI \u0026gt;=40 kg/m2) and in those with class II obesity (BMI 35.0–39.9 kg/m2) when hyperglycemia is inadequately controlled by lifestyle and optimal medical therapy. Surgery should also be considered for patients with T2D and BMI 30.0–34.9 kg/m2 if hyperglycemia is inadequately controlled despite optimal treatmentwith either oral or injectablemedications. These BMI thresholds should be reduced by 2.5 kg/m2 for Asian patients.

目前没有，多年前曾有过一个胰岛移植的新闻，但后来又消声了，不要轻信，一般这种方法经过临床实验也要很多年，有好消息一定会在正规途径正式通知所有病友的
